Creamfields Release REFUNDS Statement
As we all now know, Sunday’s proceedings at Creamfields was called off due to rain, with very good reason. As promised, Creamfields are refunding ticket holders. See below for their full, unedited official statement.

“Firstly we’d like to apologise for the delay in getting these details to you, we do understand your frustration however, there are several parties involved and it’s taken a little longer than anticipated to pull all this information together, rest assured this has been a top priority for us. As promised a refund will be issued on all Sunday Day Tickets and part refund issued on all camping tickets scanned on entry for all those who have purchased through one of our official ticket agents (either online or by telephone).

For all those people who purchased with a debit or credit card, your refund will automatically be returned to the same card the transaction came from – please allow 28 days for all refunds to be issued and we request that you keep hold of your proof of purchase until you have received your refund.

For those people who purchased their ticket over the counter from 3B Recordsplease contact them directly on 0151 353 7027 or go into the store in person.
Unfortunately those people who have purchased a ticket from a NON OFFICIAL site (including Ebay) will not be refunded.
