Swedish House Mafia in new Twitter War!

Although The Swedes may have hung up their collective headphones a few months back, it doesn’t look their ready to stop protecting their legacy through social network Twitter, as reported by inthemix.

After falling out with DJ Sneak back in April, two thirds of Swedish House Mafia,Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell, entered into a new war of words with up and coming Dutch producer Hardwell.

Hardwell tweeted that if he reached 300,000 fans on Facebook he’d post a Bootleg Pack for free download.

But The Swedes didn’t seem too pleased with the idea of the bootleg going out for free, with their music included.

Sebastian Ingrosso tweeted “Giving away our music for Facebook likes @Hardwell that’s the lowest I’ve seen!!!” before Axwell chipped in with “I’m gonna give Hardwell tracks for free if you like me on Facebook???”

Then Eric Prydz gave his two pence worth saying “If you like my Facebook fan page then @Axwell and @Sebingrosso will come and play for free in your living room.”

Hardwell was more than apologetic for the misunderstanding tweeting, “Sincerely apologize for that. They were some old bootlegs. Thought it would be fun sharing them! Will take them offline ASAP.”

But this couldn’t cool the red hot wrath of The Swedes with Axwell replying, “It’s very simple – if you love music – don’t show it by giving away other people’s music in return for Facebook likes.

Looks like someone got out of bed on the wrong side!
