Calvin Harris has revealed that his latest album is due an October release.

Speaking via his Twitter account, the Scottish DJ and producer gave no exact date but said the album is due in 11 weeks.

Harris, who is currently sitting pretty at No.1 in the UK singles chart with his remix of Florence and the Machine’s ‘Spectrum’, also revealed that he remixed the track mainly to get Florence to return the favour and appear on his album.
Speaking to Capital FM, Calvin revealed this was a common occurrence in the industry saying, “No one wants money anymore. Say I want a remix from a DJ like Tiesto or someone – Tiesto doesn’t need my money, so he wants something in return that is of some kind of value to him because he’s the biggest DJ in the world so we’ll do a track together or something like that.”
The forthcoming album is set to feature the Florence and the Machine featuring ‘Sweet Nothing’, ‘Bounce’ featuring Kelis and the Example featuring ‘We’ll Be Coming Back’.
