I decided to put together a mix of funk & soul after I’d DJed before both Serpico and Shaft for Film 4 at Somerset House. The remit there was to play music inspired by the movies, so I done exactly that. I didn’t record the actual night’s set but this is as near as you’ll get. A nice listen in the sunshine, harking back to times when collars, flares, orchestras and live arrangements were big!!!
